Orders

Can I also place an order by phone or email?

Unfortunately, for legal reasons, we cannot accept orders by phone or email.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Once the ordering process is complete, we will automatically send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check the spam folder in your email app or email software. If you have any further questions about your order, please feel free to contact our customer service team using the contact information provided on our website.

When will my order be shipped?

Provided all items are in stock and payment has been confirmed, our shipping department will pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times for our items vary depending on availability and are listed on each product page.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Each item includes an estimate of the delivery time. Please note that regional holidays may affect delivery times. You can find the exact delivery times for each item on the product page.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them all together in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, for logistical reasons, we are currently unable to offer pickup.

Can I add to or change my order after it has been placed?

Of course, you can still add to or change your order later. To do so, please contact our customer service team using the contact form.

Please note that orders that are already being processed by the shipping department cannot be changed at a later date.

What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise from us, you may return it to us at no cost. Please document the issue with clear photos and send them to us in advance. We will do our best to replace the damaged product. If an item is missing from your shipment despite being listed on the packing slip, please contact our customer service team using the contact information provided on the website.

If the item you ordered is damaged while still under the manufacturer's warranty, we must first inspect the damage before we can file a warranty claim or complaint with the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for defects resulting from improper operation or use, negligent maintenance, improper storage, or improper repair and overuse. If a warranty claim is made, we will forward the case to the respective manufacturer, who will then decide whether to provide a replacement, repair, or credit. Please understand that we can only accept claims once they have been confirmed by the manufacturer. We ask for your patience, as claims may take some time to process depending on the manufacturer and distribution partner.

Shipping & Delivery

How much are the shipping costs?

You can find details about our shipping costs within Germany, to other EU countries, Switzerland, and non-EU countries, as well as details about the corresponding delivery times here.

Which shipping company will deliver my order, and can I track it?

Both domestic and international shipments are handled by DHL, but in most cases are carried out by the respective national partner company in the destination country.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking code. Due to technical reasons, it may take a few hours or until the next business day for the tracking code to become active and for the shipment status to be displayed.

Can I have my order shipped to a DHL Packstation?

Within Germany, we can of course also ship to a DHL Packstation. Please provide the necessary information when placing your order:
(1) "Street and House Number" field: Enter the word Packstation and the corresponding Number the desired station (e.g., "Packstation 123")."
(2) "Additional Address Details" field: Enter your personal postal code here (found in the Post & DHL app or on your customer card, e.g., "123456789")

Payment Options

What payment options are available?

At PeakStyle, we offer a variety of payment options. You can find an overview of our payment options here.

Can I still change the payment method after I've placed my order?

For technical reasons, you cannot change your payment method after completing your order. In urgent cases, please contact our customer service team using the contact form.

What should I do if I can't redeem my coupon code?

If you received a coupon code—for example, when you subscribed to our newsletter—but are unable to redeem it during checkout, please contact our customer service team using the contact form. Provided we can confirm its validity, the coupon will be credited to your account retroactively.

Returns and Refunds

How and within what time frame can I return merchandise?

You may return the items you ordered to us within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason. Please submit a return request as described on the page Returns described.

Please use our shipping box or shipping wrap to return the merchandise, preferably in its original packaging.

How do I get my money back?

You can track the return using the tracking code on our return label. Once we've inspected the merchandise and approved the refund, you'll receive an email confirmation from us.
The amount will then be credited to the payment method selected during checkout.

Can I combine multiple discount promotions?

No, generally speaking, two discount offers cannot be combined.

Can I get a VAT refund?

We are happy to refund the VAT upon presentation of the original customs documents. Please send us the original invoice with the corresponding customs stamp. VAT refunds to a German bank account or via PayPal are free of charge. However, for VAT refunds to a foreign bank account, we must charge a €10 bank fee (billed by the bank).

Coupons and promo codes

How do the coupons and promo codes work?

Coupons and promotional codes are valid and redeemable only during the specified period. Only one code or coupon may be used per order. Promotional codes cannot be combined with one another.
Please note that certain coupons and promo codes can only be redeemed if a specific minimum order amount is met.

Where can I enter the coupon and promo codes?

You can enter coupon and promotional codes in the appropriate field when completing your order. The total price will be recalculated to reflect the discount after you click the "Apply" button.

What is the minimum order amount required to redeem a coupon or promo code?

The minimum order amount for promotional codes depends on the specific discount offer or promotion. In such cases, the minimum order amount will be communicated as part of the promotion.

What are the rules and regulations for redeeming a coupon or promotional code?

Different coupons and promo codes cannot be combined and are valid only during the specified period.

Any remaining balance will not be refunded, and the value of the gift card cannot be applied toward shipping costs.

When redeeming gift cards or promotional codes, merchandise will be provided only in standard retail quantities and only while supplies last. We also reserve the right to end the promotion early due to limited stock availability.

Customer Account

How can I edit or delete my customer account?

You can manage and update your personal information—such as your billing and shipping addresses, email address, and password—at any time in your customer account. To completely delete your customer account, please send us a message with the subject line "Delete Customer Account" via our contact form or send us an email.

What should I do if I forget my password?

No problem! If you've forgotten your password, please click the "Forgot Password" link under "My Account." After entering your email address, our system will send you an automatic email with your newly generated password. Once you've logged into your account, you can change this temporary password to a password of your choice.
