Primaloft® ThermoPlume®: This insulation is 100% synthetic, 100% recycled and provides comparable thermal performance to down. It is made from small, silky fiber plumes that together form a loose fill insulation that mimics the feel and aesthetics of down.
C0 DWR or PFC-free: Perfluorinated and polyfluorinated compounds, also known as PFCs, are a group of fluorinated substances that have long been used as durable water repellence for clothing in the outdoor industry. They are very bad for the environment because they are very stable, and do not easily break down in nature. Therefore, PFC free/ C0 DWR treatments have been developed. They are less durable but more sustainable.
