Fair Wear The Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) is an independent, non-profit organization that works with its member companies and other partners such as trade unions, NGOs, factories, business associations, and governments to pursue a clear goal: improving working conditions in the garment industry.

The Fair Wear Foundation is not only committed to compliance with the ILO's core labor standards and ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, but also aims to guarantee living wages for seamstresses. Already, 150 brands have joined this commitment.
