The RC Run split shorts by SCOTT for women are a minimalist piece for warm conditions.
- DUROxpand: As a four-way stretch fabric, DUROxpand gives you the freedom of movement and flexibility for adventures that require a greater range of motion.
- DRYOxcell: DRYOxcell is a quick-dry technology that wicks moisture away from the skin and disperses it in the fabric over a larger area, protecting against saturation. This accelerates evaporation and keeps you drier, longer.
- C0 DWR or PFC-free: Perfluorinated and polyfluorinated compounds, also known as PFCs, are a group of fluorinated substances that have long been used as durable water repellence for clothing in the outdoor industry. They are very bad for the environment because they are very stable, and do not easily break down in nature. Therefore, PFC free/ C0 DWR treatments have been developed. They are less durable but more sustainable.
- Re-source product: SCOTT committed to preserving the environment for future generations. One of the following aspects must be fulfilled, that a product gets the Re-Source label by SCOTT: Use of recycled or renewable materials or/and use of PFC-free Durable Water Repellence (DWR) treatment.
