Shipping conditions and delivery times
Delivery is available within Germany, to Austria, other EU countries, non-EU countries, and Switzerland. Shipping costs include statutory value-added tax.
Unless a different delivery time is specified on the respective product page, orders to Germany are usually processed and shipped by PeakStyle within 3–5 business days. For selected items, shipping may take 4–6 business days due to the logistics chain. The respective delivery time is displayed directly on the product detail page. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order until delivery. Please note that we do not process shipments on holidays and weekends. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.
For deliveries to Austria or Switzerland, delivery takes approximately 4-6 business days; for deliveries to other countries in the European Economic Area, delivery takes approximately 5-8 business days after receipt of order (for prepayment, after receipt of payment). Delivery times depend on the item in question. You can find the exact delivery times on the product page.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you have ordered with the longest delivery time.
Transport damage
Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt for completeness and integrity and refuse acceptance if there is visible damage. If the damage was not discovered immediately upon acceptance, it can still be confirmed within a maximum of 7 days by filing a damage report with DHL. To do so, please fill out this DHL damage report form and have it stamped and confirmed by DHL. Please inform our team about the damage using the contact details provided on the website and send us a copy of the completed damage report so that we can forward it to DHL.
