• Powerlite 2.0: Shells are designed around the foot for a custom fit right off the shelf. They are shaped to provide more space for the first metatarsal, the "sixth toe", the navicular bone and for asymmetrical ankles that correspond to the body's natural asymmetry. They also provide a deep, supportive heel area with room for heel spurs, which are common. The fit has been made even more comfortable with more width and height for the toes.


• Cabrio/ Hybrid Construction: Newly developed by SCOTT, the hybrid construction is a revolutionary boot design that combines the best features of a classic convertible boot and a classic ski boot with overlapping details. The result is a design with a flat shell with a low pivot point that allows for quick and powerful edge changes when skiing, and agile flex characteristics when climbing. The Carbio / Hybrid construction is ideal for an efficient and versatile skiing style.


• Rear hook ski / walk meachanism: Easy to operate, the new rear hook mechanism combines strength and stability in ski mode with total freedom when skinning or walking. This next-generation hook mechanism locks automatically when skiing downhill.


• Full-length Vibram® Bi-Density Rubber: Fulllength Vibram® bi-density rubber under the instep area provides maximum grip when scrambling over any terrain that isn’t snow. The bi-density composition has firmer black rubber around the sole’s perimeter to ensure durability and superior edging power in step-in bindings. Softer red rubber in the sole’s midsection gives maximum grip for scrambling.


• Adjustable forward lean:The new Adjustable Forward Lean technology is a step forward in versatility and flexibility on the mountain. Switching the heel walking clip on the back of the ski boot results in an increased forward lean of up to 15°.


• Lock catches: SCOTT’s Locking Buckle Catches keep the buckle bails in place when the buckles are opened for hiking.
