temperature values

The EN13537 standard defines the temperature specifications for sleeping bags. The insulation value is determined in the laboratory, thereby standardizing the evaluation of thermal performance.
Three values are common: Comfort (comfort zone for women), limit (comfort zone for men) and the extreme value,
where there is no risk of frostbite or dangerous hypothermia. The calculations are applicable up to temperatures of –18 °C; at lower values, the laboratory standard
no longer reflect the actual heat output. That is why we do not refer to the EN standard for the models in this series, but rather to our realistic empirical values.
