The Devold Explorer jacket with hood is designed for comfort and maximum warmth, yet is as light as possible. This merino fleece is ideal for use at high altitudes, where temperatures can change in a flash. The super-soft, brushed inner layer made of 100% merino wool forms air pockets around the body, providing excellent insulation. For the outer layer, we use expedition wool to wick moisture away from the body as efficiently as possible. The Explorer series is designed for longer hikes, with freedom of movement being an important aspect of the product design. This unique merino wool blend provides greater comfort when hiking and in base camp.
