The new Superguide 88 skin with Hook by SCOTT is made of a new Smart Hotmelt process to facilitate the manipulation of the skins with an incredible adhesion on the ski base.


The mix of Mohair and Nylon fibers deliver the best compromize between grip and slide. Due to the Fiber Seal Technology skins stay dry and prevent bailing of snow. The skins by SCOTT are made without PFC to respect the nature.


The Superguide 88 Skins is already cut to match the sidecut of the Superguide 88 and 88 W's skis. The Front hook offer a perfect match with the ski, reduce the weight and #A05 to have no snow penetration. The tail clip ensure a good position of the skins during the hike.

  • 65% Mohair - 35% Nylon Blend: Mohair from the fur of the mountain goat offers good sliding capacity on skins. Nylon has more grip, is more water-repellent and durable. The mixture of Mohair / Nylon with medium pile combines the advantages of both materials in an ideal way and guarantees the best climbing and sliding capacities in every terrain.

  • Fiber Seal Technology: The newly developed support material is waterproof to prevent bailing of snow. It has also great stability in shape to be easier to manipulate.

  • Smart Hot-Melt Adhesion: The new dimensionally stable adhesive with reduced peel-off values guarantee easy handling.
