Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PeakStyle! Your satisfaction is important to us and we strive to provide you with the best possible service. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our 14-day return policy, which guarantees you a smooth return process.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your goods. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, or if the product arrived damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in special circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

The item you return must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with labels and in the original packaging. A receipt (e.g., the delivery note) or proof of purchase must be provided.

Initiating a return

To initiate a return, submit a return request via your customer account or simply contact us at info@peakstyle.de. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return label by email. Please note that the cost of the return label, €4.90, is to be paid by the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.

Damage and incorrect delivery

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that you receive the best possible service. Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find that the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will investigate the problem immediately and resolve it for you.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include personalized products, such as those that contain your signature or name, or those that have been customized for you, such as pre-assembled ski bindings. If the item was broken or damaged during shipping, we will of course replace it. If you have any questions or concerns about the returnability of a particular item, please contact us.

What can I do if the item I ordered does not fit or I do not like it?

Sometimes a product just doesn't fit the way you imagined it would—the hiking boots aren't comfortable, the rain jacket feels different than you expected, or the tent doesn't meet your expectations after all.

No problem—you can send it back to us, of course!

Returns are easy within the 14-day return period. To help us process your return quickly and prepare the items for resale, please note the following (details can be found in our Terms and Conditions):

  • The goods are in their original condition, complete and without signs of use.
  • There is no damage.
  • The items are clean and unsoiled.
  • Returns must be sent in suitable packaging, including all labels and protective materials.
  • To save resources, use the box in which you received the goods whenever possible.

So please handle the products with care—that way, we can restock them and make another outdoor adventure happy. At the same time, you'll be helping to avoid waste and conserve resources.

If an item does indeed have a defect, please contact us and we will take care of the complaint.

How do I return my items?

It's easy—just send us a return request:

(1) Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the shop menu to access your customer account to get there.

(2) Log in to your account:
Enter your email address in the "Email" field and then click "Continue."

(3) Open the email sent by our shop in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the email.

(4) Return to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.

(5) Click on "Request return" for the order you wish to return.

(6) If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

(7) Select a reason for return and add a comment for the shop.

(8) Click on "Request return."

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

How much does the return label cost?

The cost of the return label depends on the country from which you wish to return the item:

(1) Germany: €4.90 (DHL return label provided by PeakStyle)**

(2) Austria: €9.90 (DHL return label provided by PeakStyle)**

(3) Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain: €11.90 (DHL return label provided by PeakStyle)**

(4) All other countries: return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Please note that when returning items at your own expense, the shipment must be sent to the following address:

If you return the item to our office address, we reserve the right to deduct the additional costs incurred by us from the refund amount.

**For oversized packages (cardboard box/bag larger than 100 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm (LxWxH) and/or heavy packages (over 20 kg), additional costs may apply, which must be borne by the sender.

When will I receive my refund after sending back the return?

As soon as we receive your return, we will ensure that it can be put back into circulation. This usually takes around 7–10 business days. During this time, we will check the items and prepare everything for your refund.

Please understand that our logistics department is closed on weekends. So if your package arrives on Friday evening, for example, we will start processing it on Monday.

As soon as your return has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will then immediately initiate the refund of the amount already paid. Depending on the payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.), it may take a few days for the money to appear in your account or payment method—unfortunately, we have no influence over this, as it depends on the payment provider.

The most important thing for you: you don't need to do anything else. We will keep you up to date and contact you as soon as your return has been successfully completed.
